I have logged in in Sunrise ePOS (KASSA) but the products are not found.
Sunrise ePOS works with local storage to allow you to keep working even if the Internet connection is not available, and when the Internet connection is back, data is automatically synchronized with the Sunrise Cloud Server.
the products and other data needs to be Synchronized and stored in the local PC to support this, so if the transmission is interrupted or the data is not imported successfully the best to do is to do a Full DB Synchronization by clicking on the top right menu: Sync full DB (slow) this will clear the local cache, and reload the complete products DB.
