In Sunrise you can define several email templates , for each order status as well as several events such as sending invoices via email, order completion , order confirmation etc.


Emails are HTML Rich you can have your HTML template and tags included, for example to personalize your email with you house style, logs, emails header and footer etc.


You can manage the email templates under channels / Templates / Emails Section.


There you will find a Template Subject and body for each possible event.


NOTE:


There are also related Channel setting which defines which documents you want to attach to the email for example the order confirmation PDF or the Invoice PDF.
