When channel attribute ALLOW_ACT_TO_DEL set to 1, order status can be updated to DEL/SHP from ACT.
- For B2B order channel 0 channel attribute is used.
- For B2C customer channel id of order attribute is used.
Allow user to change status directly to SHP / DEL from ACT Print
